Review and acceptance of minutes from December 13, 2005 meeting

Dante Archangeli, Treasurer gave the treasurer's report.

Board approved the increase of liability coverage to 2 million dollars.

Presentations made by Ace Asphalt, Sunland Asphalt and Tucson Asphalt. Each spoke for approximately 30 minutes on their recommendations for the repair and paving of the private roads in Catalina Foothills 8.

Block Captains were asked to attend the meeting so they would be able to relay the information about all the options discussed to all home owners at a future time.
