1. Approval of minutes, BOD meetings, Jan 10 and Jan 17 deferred.

2. Treasurer's report given by D. Archangeli. Treasury balance just over $89,000 with a few more receipts to collect. Report attached.

3. Old Business

a. Construction Application. It is complete and will be circulated before the next BOD meeting for formal approval at that time.

b. BOD authority. Tanis Duncan's recommendations had been previously reviewed via EM and will be formally suggested for approval. All board members have this information.

c. Roads repair

There was discussion of previous evening's meeting events. D. Archangeli's graphic data clearly outlines the options and are attached to these minutes. Ballot as last revised accepted; it will be mailed ASAP after the Feb. 23 meeting.

4. New Business.

Jim Hively, lot #34, submitted a request to do a masonry-type driveway. CC&R was reviewed; chip seal is recommended with the primary purpose to suppress dust formation. As there are concrete and asphalt driveways already installed, it was felt that the request was reasonable if the driveway was harmonious with the neighborhood. A color sample and picture of a similar completed project will be requested prior to decision.
