Attendees: Jenna Cohen, Raymond Graap, Dante Archangeli, Bill Boyd, Jim Wezelman, Joel Katleman and Tony Lubbermann

Treasury Report by Dante Archangeli - See attached spreadsheet

Old Business:

Construction Application: Working on cleaning up language of a few paragraphs and adding language dealing with delinquent payments. Final version will be presented at the next meeting.

BOD Authority: BOD has authority to change CC&R's but it was decided to defer making any changes to the CC&R's without the full knowledge of the HOA

Request for new driveway approval: Request has been withdrawn by Jim Hively lot #34

Special Assessment voting information: As of March 14th 83 yes votes, 33 no votes and 15 votes not yet received. The voting will continue until all homeowners have had an opportunity to render a vote and/or an outcome to the vote can be determined. The original ballot did not specify an end date to voting, only a request date of when to turn in the ballot. We do not want to disenfranchise any home owner from having the opportunity to vote, that is why we continued to accept and request votes past the RSVP date. Many home owners ballots did not arrive to them until after the RSVP date and that would not be fair for them to not have the opportunity to vote. After an outcome is determined BOD will send and informational letter out to all homeowners in the association.

New Business:

Lots 130/131: Motion made by Tony Lubbermann and second by Joel Katleman to not exclude lots 130 and 131 from having to pay the special assessment. Motion was voted on and it was decided 7 to 0 have the lots pay the special assessment as per the CC&R's, otherwise the special assessment is not equitable to all homeowners within the association

Humps and Bumps on Camino Miraval, Camino La Zorrela and Zorrela Segundo: The speed humps on Miraval cannot be installed until adequate signatures are acquired and Pima County formally authorizes the work. Adequate funds will be reserved in the treasury for this. Traffic calming measures on Zorrela Segundo are not intended to be implemented before the Miraval speed humps are installed. A committee has been formed to begin the process to obtain Pima County approval to install speed humps on Camino La Zorrela.
