Check sent to Stratford for $131 to start the process of their management of CAT 8.

New Business:

Sarah Lebsack at Stratford is the new rep. for CAT8.

John Gray will handle change of address to Stratford's box and close PO box.

The change of address, etc., will be reflected on the website, directory, stationery, etc.

CAT8 should urge Stratford to send Lot 50 a bill for balance due. Day of reckoning is in 2013.

Old Business:
Filing systems: microfiche of lot/house plans may be added to the individual lot owner's folders in Stratford's files.

Roads:
Robert Reynolds is persisting in contacting landscaper for cul-de-sacs, getting bids, etc., for the work.
Road fund is $10, 000 now (//) and future road work will be part of the news board's responsibility.

Communications:
Ballots were sent out for November annual meeting. In December the committee will send out letters about the new directory and aim to publish it by the end of January. Some changes may be made to cut down the cost.
John Gray plans to handle the annual meeting, including all reports from committees for the year.
Stratford Management will have a rep. there to address homeowners, Lyssa Holmes will discuss Neighborhood Watch .

Annual Picnic will be Sunday March 7, 2010.
