Catalina Foothills HOA BOD Meeting, November 14, 2006
BOD Attendees: Jenna Cohen, Dante Archangeli, Roy Frieden,
Robert Reynolds, John Tierney, John Gray, Vicki Kalen, Leo Krueger
Homeowners in attendance: Yash Mittal

New Business:
1. Election of Officers for the new 2006-2007 Board of Directors
President: Robert Reynolds
Vice President: Jim Wezelman
Secretary: Jenna Cohen
Treasurer: Dante Archangeli
2. Election of Special Committees and Point People
Communications Committee: Co-Point Persons - John Tierney
and Roy Frieden. Duties include: Communicating with Block Captains,
Block Party, Welcome Committee, Neighborhood Watch, Directory
Update, Listserv Research, Deliveries to people without email.
Roads Committee: Vicki Kalen is Point Person. Duties
include: Humps on Camino La Zorrela including funding from other
associations, Paving of County Roads, Take over of private roads
by the County, Removal of road work signs by Leo Krueger. Leo
Krueger and Robert Reynolds are also on this committee.
CC&R Committee: Jenna Cohen is Point Person. Duties
include: Researching a new attorney, gathering ideas for changes
from the association, writing up new ideas into a new set of
CC&R's, working with the attorney to keep everything up to
date with the state and legal, getting approval of all changes
from association. There will be 6 people on this committee,
2 board members (one from a private road, one from a county road),
2 homeowners from county roads and 2 homeowners from private
roads. Currently on the committee are Jenna Cohen (private road
board member) Robert Reynolds (county road board member) Bill
Stini, Yash Mittal (both county road homeowners) Jenna is working
on getting the two private road homeowners.
Architectural Committee: Dante Archangeli is Point Person.
Duties include: Initial contact for all architectural and landscape
changes within the association, find a reviewing architect.
Roy Frieden, John Gray, and Jim Wezelman are also on this committee.
3. Email group for new board members: Jenna will be sending
out an email with all board members phone numbers and email addresses
for everyone to have to keep in contact.
